Policy

We hope that our articles have given you complete satisfaction. Otherwise, you have the option to return the product. 


We inform our kind customers that it is possible to return items within 14 days. However, the return costs remain at your expense. We do our best to improve our return conditions and to satisfy all our customers' requirements. Items must be returned new, the label still attached to the item.


Items returned damaged, stained, washed or retouched may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.


It is essential that the items be returned in their original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice with the completed return part in your package.


Panties, swimwear, bikini bottoms and other underwear cannot be returned. The same goes for socks.

Returns that do not comply with the return policy will not be accepted by our services. 


Your refund will be processed between 7 and 14 days after receipt of your return. Refunds will be made via the initial payment method. 


Return procedure

Here is the procedure to follow in order to proceed a return:


1 - Communicate your willingness to return your products directly via our social networks (@wearunicorn), by email (contact@unicornwear.com) or by phone (+33 7 83 29 13 79*). You will be asked for your personal details and your invoice number. 


2 - Pack the item(s) you want to return in a box. 


3 - Attach your shipping label. 


4 - Track your return via the tracking number provided by your postal service. 

Once the return is processed, you will receive an email to inform you of the refund of your order. 


*The cost of communication may vary depending on the country. 


Exchange service

If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, please inform our service when requesting a return. Once the return is processed, the items will automatically be exchanged for new items.


Claim

A period of 30 days is reserved for our customers wishing to inform us of a disappointment about their items. Items received damaged or with a manufacturing defect are classified as defective.


You have the possibility to make a complaint via our social networks (@wearunicorn) or by email. Photos of the product(s) from multiple angles and a copy of your invoice will be requested. 


Items that have been worn for more than 14 days and/or show signs of use or wear cannot be returned.


The return shipping costs will be refunded to you. A copy of your invoice mentioning the name of the shipping company and the amount of your order will be requested.
