Return, exchange and refund

Policy

We hope that our articles have given you complete satisfaction. If not, you have the possibility to return them. 


We inform our customers that it is possible to return or exchange items within 14 days. However, the cost of returning the goods will be at your expense. Items must be returned new and labelled.


Items that have been worn and/or have traces of use or wear, damaged, stained, washed or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.


Items must be returned in their original packaging with the return form duly completed.


For reasons of hygiene, panties, swimwear and other underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to socks.


Returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted by our customer service department.


Your refund will be processed between 7 and 14 days after receipt via the original method of payment.

Return procedure

To make a return, please contact us:


1 - Contact us by private message via our social networks Facebook, Twitter or Instagram on @wearunicorn, by mail at contact@unicornwear.com or by phone at +33 7 83 29 13 79*. You will be asked for your contact details and your order number. 


2 - Carefully pack the items you wish to return in a box and attach the return form. 


3 - Stick your shipping label. 


4 - Track your return on the website of the chosen carrier using the tracking number they have given you.


Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you of the refund of your order.

Exchange service

As soon as receive your order, you have 14 days to make an exchange. Please complete our return form attached to your order to request one. Returned items will be exchanged for new items. The return costs remain at your expense.


Claim

A period of 14 days is reserved for our customers who wish to inform us of a disappointment concerning their order. Items received damaged or with a manufacturing defect will be classified as defective.

Photos of the product(s) from multiple angles, your contact details and your order number will be requested.


If the defect is found, the return costs will be refunded. A visible copy of the invoice for the return costs will be required.
